The Visitor Center

The Visitor Center is located at the center of the Seager Wheeler Farm. Located here are such services as a restaurant, and a gift shop. There are also interpretive displays and a video sharing the life of Seager.

Join us in the warmth of a century old Dining Room, or on the verandah, for a piece of prairie fruit pie or home baked bread.

Join us for our weekly Sunday Buffet Brunch, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (reservations recommended)

We need your help!

Funding cutbacks and circumstances beyond our control have forced us to close our tearoom for this season. The yard and interpretive centre (including the giftware shop) will be open selling beverages, chocolate bars and ice cream products. You are invited to tour the grounds, the historic buildings (including the restored 1908 house), lawns, flowers and the petting zoo, as well as the video  upstairs in the interpretive centre. We need your help to restore the funding to reopen our tearoom. We gratefully accept donations (donations over $20.00 will be receipted). Please mail your donation to the address above or leave it with the attendant at the booth.

9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Tuesday-Sunday (Closed Mondays)

We welcome special bookings. If you have a group event that you would like to hold at the Seager Wheeler Farm please let us know. We also host private evening barbeques. If you are interested in either of these options please let us know.
